The disinfectant cover is a disposable disinfection product that contains a high liquid absorption sponge impregnated with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) for wipeable needle-free valves, protecting patients from infection.

The disinfectant cap is attached to needle-free vein valves that are not in use and is used to prevent both the risk of infectious diseases that the valve tip poses to healthcare personnel and the formation of microorganisms originating from the environment on the valve surface.
